APP UK-5500 Net-Weigh / Counting Scale

Model US-5500 Semi-Automatic “Kit” Netweigh Scale provides for fast change-over from one kit to the next. Part sampling for each part in the kit allows for single piece weight calibration or simply enter the piece weight. Recipe management is standard with this model which provides for saving recipe settings for thousands of parts on a USB memory stick. Integrated LED lights will automatically sequence to alert operators which parts to feed from an ergonomic work table with clear, adjustable dividers. When integrated with bagging systems, the US-5000 add-on provides for a fast bagging, versatile and quick changeover scale system

Model US-9000 Netweigh-Counting Scale

Model US-9000 Netweigh-Counting Scale provides the ultimate level of accuracy due to the precise level of incremental bowl vibration changes. The vibratory bowl automatically ramps down to a “trickle” feed rate and stops feeding at the “trim” setting to avoid overshooting the desired count/weight. With several scale hopper sizes load cells available this model the US-9000 can be configured specifically for your range of products. The US-9000 is perfectly integrated with the T-1000 bagger with a large touch screen and a heavy-duty, vibration dampened stand.
